We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
Where we are required to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of the contract between us and you do not provide us with that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract (for example, to deliver goods or services to you). If you don’t provide us with the requested data, we may have to cancel a product or service you have ordered but if we do, we will notify you at the time.

​​I understand that the Reiki Healing does not diagnose illness, disease, or mental disorders.
Nor would a healer prescribe medical treatment or medications.
​
I understand that Reiki Energy Healing is not a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis
and that it is recommended that I see my doctor for any physical or metal ailment.
​
Bearing the above in mind, I agree that the Reiki and Energy Therapist cannot be held liable for any problems that might arise
that I think could be attributed to the energy healing session.
I fully understand the nature of the therapy and freely elect to receive treatments.
I release my therapist from any and all claims of malpractice, non-disclosure, or lack of informed consent.
I understand fully and consent that my therapist may work above my body (or pets body depending on the service) or lightly place
hands on me (or my pet)during my session (*if a physical one-to-one session).
Or work with a similar approach in remote healing sessions.
I understand that sessions are paid for online as part of the booking process.
In the case of any rescheduling, I will give a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.
I acknowledge that sessions are valid for a 6 month period and will lapse thereafter if unused.

Any links provided of the Meditation music used in the sessions are for information purposes.
I understand that if I want to use these meditations within the links that they are subject to
'You Tube' terms and conditions, and there may be adverts interrupting them.
I understand that it's my discretion whether to use and Meditative / Relaxing Music and any links provided are.
I confirm that I am free to chose some relaxing music of my own or just relax in peace and quiet during sessions.

I confirm that when purchasing the Reiki Silver Package, that I have 3 discounted sessions for which I can make bookings for.
These sessions should be used within a 12 month period from the date of purchase.

I confirm that when a purchasing the Reiki Gold Package, that I have 6 discounted session for which I can make bookings for.
These sessions should be used within a 2 year period from the date of purchase.
